in case of rest days or changing from dark color ink to light color ink, the water roller must be cleaned. The cleaning method is: put the water roller into the water tank, pour the water roller with gasoline first, and brush evenly with a large brush, so that the ink on the water jacket is fully dissolved by gasoline, and then rinse with clean water. Brush while flushing. If it is still not clean enough, use steel sheets to scrape and wash it several times along the direction of the yarn of the water jacket. In addition, the wetting solution in the bucket will have a large amount of sediment and dirt after a long time of use, which is mainly due to the transfer of paper scraps, dust and ink on the printing plate by the water roller.
