(1) attention should be paid to the power matching between the rotary cultivator and the tractor. The power of the supporting tractor should be greater than the power consumption of the rotary cultivator

(2) when coupling the rotary cultivator, the transmission shaft should be in the same line with the power take-off shaft of the crawler tractor

(3) the central rod of the tractor hitch should be hung as high as possible, which can improve the passing performance of the tractor unit and reduce the possibility of accidents. And the height of the left and right lifting rods should also be the same, so please call and consult to ensure that the left and right tillage depth is consistent

(4) the transmission shaft assembly is an important working part to transmit the power of the tractor. When installing the transmission shaft assembly, it should be noted that the opening directions of the two forks of the middle transmission shaft should be located in the same plane. It is easy to install incorrectly without paying attention. If the opening directions are staggered by 90 °, it is very easy to cause damage to the transmission shaft cross joint

(5) when turning at the headland, separate the power take-off shaft, stop the operation of the rotary cultivator, and then connect it after turning, otherwise it will cause power depletion or cause the transmission shaft to collide with the limit chain

(6) the driver should pay attention to the lifting of the distributor during the lifting operation through the distributor, and the correct use of the three working positions of advanced steel materials, neutrality and pressure drop, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the gear pump, high-pressure oil pipe and other components in the hydraulic system

(7) when the rotary cultivator operates, the forward speed of the tractor should be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of the soil, so as to give full play to the effective power of the tractor and ensure the working efficiency of the rotary cultivator

(8) due to the large working resistance of the rotary cultivator, it is necessary to regularly fill the gear oil in the middle gear box of the rotary cultivator, fill the grease at each nozzle, and carefully check the fastening of each federal connecting bolt
